Talavera - The hotel's popular Mediterranean restaurant serves lunch, dinner and snacks - signature dishes include Blackened Tuna with Cilantro. Decorated with cheerful frescoes in yellows and greens, Talavera hosts live Latin guitar every evening. Sumosan - Spilling out into the lobby, this Japanese restaurant looks like a traditional Japanese garden, complete with Shinto screens, bridges and ponds full of koi carp. Serving lunch and dinner, Sumosan offers a wide range of fresh-made sushi as well as teppanyaki dishes. Café Amadeus - The hotel's lobby café serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, cakes and drinks from a European/American menu. Burgers and hot sandwiches are a specialty. Guests can use the café's gaming machines or watch the comings and goings in the lobby. Lobby Bar - Deep, blue leather armchairs and frosted glass tables under cool, dim lights make this an easy place to spend an hour or two sipping vodka martinis.
