 Efficient but a bit cold

The metro stop right next door is very convenient, and you need it, because you are near nothing at this hotel. But the hotel is so big in itself, that it is possible that you wont have to go out all that much. On the good side, the concierge there was terrific, even though she was not able to get me last minute tickets to the Bolshoi, she saved me from making a mistake and accepting seats that I would have hated. All day while she tried to get me seats, she kept in contact with me by calling my cell phone, so I knew my options and was able to plan for something else.
